How does a child rebel when their father is the Rebel. You become straight. So there you go folks. You want your teen to behave, be the Rebel. A consistent diet of anti everything rants produces a conventional kid. At least, it worked for me. There is a tongue in cheek element to this so don't be takin' it too seriously.

What if we picked a day, by which I mean daylight, for a joint fast, prayer and praise. This just literally popped itself into existence and I haven't had time to consider it fully. I'm going to work on motorcycle, it's not warm but, I need to remove and soak its drive chain in kerosene for a throuple of daze. Last week I removed the oil tank and after I did, I kept asking myself "why? Mr Iain why? It twernt necessary" the next day, I spotted some frayed wiring which, I wouldn't have found if I hadn't removed the oil tank. It was a work of God taking that tank off. Now it's time for me to go worky bikey laters gators.

I have 12 days left to get my bike ready for the 3rd Annual Congregation Car & Bike Show in Charlotte, NC. I'm plenty motivated, the weather on the other hand is not. April is in like a Lion out like a Lamb up here. My plan is real simple, arrive early and get a parking spot that everyone must pass in and out. Go and look at the rides, observe and then park my rear next to my bike until I get bored. If the Lord so wills it perhaps, someone will be fool enough to ask "Could you build a bike for me, I have money" or even better "Hi, I'm Sam von Spam from 'some bike magazine' can I take pictures and ask questions?"...."sure, knock yourself out".
"There's no place like home...there's no place like home." Thanks Dorothy but, I'm aware it ain't gonna happen. You don't have to rub it in. I carry the mark of L visible only to the fates so they know who to safely take a dump on. Get back home Loretta.
True dat? I haven't done anything but crap jobs since I was laid off almost SEVEN years ago, we could have moved to where the money was but, family came first.
When I was at IRC I was important, they depended on me being there and getting the job done. The machines I kept running made profit, we were just not profitable enough to satisfy our Corporate Overlords. I did that with my wits and determination, and nothing I've done since has come close.
All I've done since is crap that monkeys could be trained to do. Being the best at doing crap is still doing crap! Doing work I actually enjoy would be nice.
The season is about to begin at BRCC, 6 nights a week all summer long. It pays good for here and I guess I shouldn't complain but, I'm not getting any younger and I don't want to wind up like the old people who work til they die and never do anything else. Some are quite happy to do that and good for them, truly if that floats your boat GREAT! "More par t ye".
I do not get the sense that that's God's plan for me, I mean why make me the way I am, just to fester, bustin' my ass working with potheads who are too messed up to have a productive conversation with. All that does is make me frustrated and wanting to get zonked with them to forget what a total waste of time it is. The crew of college kids changes but, they don't listen to an old biker with weird assed ideas. Aaaaaaaagggggghhhhh!!!!!< that = frustration. Yes, my problem is I'm frustrated because I'm reaching NO ONE!!! No one gives a shit! That is a fact, Jack!
"You know, the Bible wasn't written for 21st Century America and cannot be properly understood when viewed from that context"...
"oh...is tha...I haven't seen you at church recently"...
"Yeah, because it's bullshit"...
"you said a bad word"...
"ya know, I think God looks at what we do and says the same thing in Heavenese!"
Stunned silence...
"Well answer me this because, I'm having a hard time with it. Why is it that people go to church say 30 years and never seem to get past step one? Y'all rehash the same thing over and over and over but, no one seems to grow. The turd you met 30 years ago is still the same turd just fatter and balder?!"
Now, that is a conversation I've never had, I want to but, I'm much too nice to say such things outside the house.
Yes, the people that occupy the same space as I hear stuff like that all the time. They are immune. At least my daughter is still gracious enough to feign interest and she's showing signs of "seriously?"
No, I have a new goal; forget everything I've just tiped, I'd erase it.....nah, can't someone else do it?
I want to leave this cage NOW, no more fooling around I'm done, I'm on strike " I demand heaven Now! I'm not gonna achieve diddly squat and it's a total waste of Your valuable resources Lord, just take me now!! Done"
Dang! I'm starting to sound like a .....wait for it......a JEW!!! Another failed experiment. Well, that experiment was meant to fail so, God could bring salvation through Jesus.
The problem with Evies is that they're self appointed receivicants of Salvation and not actually God chosen Saints therefore very much slaves to the flesh and the few elect are just not numerous enough to have an impact because, they are buried under a mountain of man made crap. A uniquely human trait, take something God made and destroy it.
This is why I prefer the company of nature to that of people, once creation accepts you as a non threatening ally, it's like you have a new family that extraordinarily wise. I'm just cracking the lid of the wisdom contained in creation left there by it's Creator. Creation rejoices in sharing but, we are "thick" as in slow in comparison.

Weird sexual "orientation" for the sake of WS "O" is the new normal IN HIGH SCHOOL!!!!
My daughter was telling me about having to "suffer" listening to a group of her fellow students discussing queerness when one piped up "I'm polysexual" WHAT THE EXPLETIVE!!! is that? I asked Megan to elaborate, her answer "I didn't ask". Well done, Kiddo, you made your Daddy proud by not allowing yourself to by drawn into the morass.

I'm working on Buttercup, we're blessed with good weather through Monday. I'm not doing anything to the bike itself today. I'm making a DIY motorcycle lift using 2 scissor jacks, that's the kind you find underneath the carpet in the trunk of your car. I have taken those and cut wood blocks that I connected angle brackets to, that keeps the blocks in place under the mc frame. On the other side, I used screws to keep the blocks in place on the jacks. Next, I'm gonna take a look around my junkyard and find something useful as a front wheel chock which, will keep the bike from falling over and squishin' me. That would kinda defeat the purpose of having a motorsickle in the first place.
I was gonna ask for prayer for good weather for messin' with this thang in my last post. I guess I got it without axtin'.

List.
1. Friday, I picked one of the "shorty" carts at Walmart to go purchase necessary's. When I got my stuff into the car and went to park my car I noticed another shorty in the other, blocked, cart park. Being a good Smartin, I thunk "these shorties have to be separated because they don't connect with the "longies", I'll be a nice guy and pair'em. Ignoring the "don't shove no carts on this side" gate, I opened it and run it backwards to link with the other shorty cart. I turned and started out of the thingamajigger and had the bright idea of "turnstile" jumping the gate. I hadn't done this kind of thing in years and I leapt a little too early WHOP! my left shin caught the top of the gate, which didn't give. Open mouth to full extent, can't scream cause it hurt too bad. YEEEOWWW! in my head, I got in the car and then the OUUUUCCCH! came, followed by air bluing. It grazed my shin good and swole up and hurts to put weight on it. I couldn't work on Buttercup yesterday because of it and there's a knot on it still. I don't think it's broken, maybe a hairline crack, I've had those before, at the very least a bruised bone. I'm gonna give Buttercup the old school try, today. The weather is perfect today for this kinda work. Quick heal, requested.
2. It took so long for number one, I plum forgot the rest. It can't be too important. Mebbe later.

I just had to start reading in Wikipedia about the Honda Super Cub, as lite entertainment while drinking my coffee. This has caused a wacky Oriental gentleman to appear. I cahrot hep my serf, everyhing that come out mouth sound like an oad Oriental sing songy gorren age Horrywood movie. Prease pray 4 my famry. It funny to me, not everyborry elllls.
Bressing on this Day firs week. Rord be bress and praise, YAY! Jeerus!
PS. I think Mr Scirochi Takamura, have har time saying Jeerus, Aramaic name. "Yes, okey dokey, I try one mor time. Yahsha., that good it get". I will be on this a while, it some kinda wiring issue although I fail to see why this is a problem.
Finally, once upon time, the preceding was called humor, today it is a social taboo, nearly as bad as saying n!@@€R. While true, it is nonetheless absurd and if pressured I will crank it up rather than cower in fear of Stalinists.

I thought it would be of benefit to take Wednesday prayer time up the side of the mountain through the vestibule of hat removal, symbolic boot removal confession and repentance then on up to the tree cathedral. I did it in a hurry and didn't have time to get my sittin bucket so I reached the inner sanctum and collapsed on the gravel road bed at 5:00pm on the dot. It took a few minutes for my heart to slow down and stop tryin to leap out of my chest before I could actually do any praying so I lay on my back looking up at a blessed clear blue sky through a spider web of winter tree branches. Absolutely Stunning! Then I spoke to my nature buddies, they are made glad by our appearance, I imagined y'all there in Star Wars hologram form. Creation could sense us as being together in spite of our disparate locations being one in the same to them. Creation suffers not from our limited consciousness and sees the big picture as their Creator does. Oh, how I long for the day when we know as we are known. To experience what Creation does. I get a through the glass darkly/lightly vision of true reality in tree cathedral. At this time of year outdoor worship ain't always possible. Normally, I take a slow approach going through the stations of the junk Ford trucks to get my praise&prayer bucket. It helps prepare my heart to receive sight of His Glory through these informal formalities. For me it was a Good Time, I sent y'all a care package of blessings while communing, you may have felt it but, I expect it went beneath consciousness. Here comes more, I'll bat them to ya....swiiiing Crack!! Outta the Park. Adios Ameegies.
