I got another abscess I've been using natural remedies fresh squeezed garlic oil, organic apple cider vinegar (extraordinarily unpleasant). I use antibiotics as a last resort and that's where I'm at now. We now have dental insurance so, I'm gonna get started on getting my mouth rendered tooth free. The Dental  profession's "SAVE THE TOOTH!" obsession is dangerous to overall good health. A root canal is dead and dead flesh connected to living tissue is never found a good thing. I am a kook but, on this I'm with a growing group of seriously papered Dental experts, in California no less. I saw it on Netflix, long enough to say "Finally, some sense". None of the expensive tooth saving dentistry done on my mouth saved a tooth.  TRUTH some people have very durable teeth, some don't.  In my family it's a crap shoot, my Grandfather had full dentures at 25, my Grandmother died at 104 with only her wisdom teeth pulled. Wisdom teeth were like tonsils back in the day. "Sore throat? Those tonsils gotta come out. Wisdom teeth? Gotta yank 'em".  I have my tonsils by pure chance. The Doctor I saw when I had tonsillitis was fresh out of Med School "No, Mrs Helton, we don't need to take out his tonsils, give him one of these three times a day and he'll be fine". Good ol' reliable Science. Supreme God in the Western Pantheon who clawed his way to the top by kicking the God of Individual Liberty in the nads. I think I'll draw a chart of the current Western God Pantheon. A task that will require GASP! pencil and paper!

I was prompted the other day about teaching demonology. The problem is two-fold: (1) There's a lot of bunkum mythology about it and (2) it's not something that can be taught very well in writing. It's experiential and depends too much on your personal gifts. No two of us will experience it quite the same. The path is not really visible to the intellect.

But we teach the mind so that it is ready to follow the heart. I believe that to get on this path, I need to start with that old teaching about gifts of the Spirit and the categories of gifts. I'm going to make this available as a PDF because it includes tables and such. Pray with me that I can be discerning about how to do this, because the worst thing I could do is pin someone down to my particular approach.

Update: Okay, I took out the tables. I will be posting this in series on my blog, but I'll still wrap it all up in a PDF.

I've bin sick, it's acactacacting ACTING like flu does when it trize 2 take me out.. At first throat tickle, I hit the ColdEze. It kills your taste buds wit zanc, sorry zinc. It'll back off. Then, just when I think I got it whipped it comes back with a vengeance. It did that last night. My dear sweet understanding "soulmate from Hell" instead of checking mme for fever accused me of being high on dope. What a gal, they just don't make 'em like that anymore..PHEW! Creation gives a sigh of relief.Bat Dung mental. I accept full blame because it will wind up getting nailed with it anyway through some passive aggressive pish posh.Dear Lord God Jesus Christ, I think I'm done here. Please take me before I explode in an orgy of violence.

The trials keep stacking up. I don't have a problem with that because I know in my heart these things will lead to a stronger man for the final mission that lies ahead. I trust fully in my Father to guide me through so, to me it's a Very Good Thing.
  The people* that surround me do not see the bigger picture and exert pressure on me to yield to their shallow vision which ends at the tip of their noses. There are openings at places that most regular folks in these parts consider good secure employment with decent pay and excellent benefit packages. 
  Last fall, I caved and went to a bucks and benefits job, it didn't end well.
  I know God needs me to work where I can be used to touch the lives of those I'm supposed to be aimed at. If I didn't have car trouble, I would have to chase these "good" jobs and God forbid, actually get hired!
  If I tried to explain my calling to these people, I would be deemed nuts. I will go through the motions to please these folks who don't get it, to keep them off my back while I wait for the Lord to open a door for me to step through.
Finally, I do not give a mouses donkey for worldly gain, for such is less than zip, zero, nada compared to the Glory of God. To take temporary gain, merely for a softer life and to neglect eternity, now that is NUTS!

* Primarily; my wife & son but, there are peripheral persons who directly or indirectly through my wife & son try to "help" These are not bad people, they believe they are trying to help but, in truth they are impediments.

My wife's Jeep has got a leaking radiator. Just about every vehicle made since 1990ish has radiator with metal fins and plastic sides which eventually crap out. My 78 Chevy trucktruck's radiator is all metal no problems. I took it to the radiator shop and had it cleaned and rodded. Just like new 41 years old. The jeeps radiator 15 years and its junk. You cant braze plastic.
  We are freeh out of arms and legs. So it's miracle time. Thank you, Jesus for wha t you are about to do. I love it when everything falls apart an you're broke beyond broke. We don't do credit, no debt s?lavery here. So it has to be mirced. Throw in a prayer and I'll share how God works this out. Somebody said Jeehovy Jirey to me recently (Ed, i thunk) He is the provider of the beet prov's.

 That said, I like to keep the Sabbath Holy to pump up for Resurrection Day Sunday. I don't go to our Church much since GN retired and an Evie Preetchur took his place. I do Wednesday Prayer meetings some to get stuff to pray over. W's are better than S's. Sunday is a Main Scripture followed by so many other references, that an additional sheet is added to the bulletin, 99% of which are out of contextcontext. THAT'S IT!! I'VE HAD IT WITH THIS STUUUUUPID TABLET DOUBLING MY WORDS!! NO MORE TIME WASTING ERASING CLONES!! From now on they stay in!!!!

A little awkwardly-worded, but a still sensible blog post on the Biblical basis for nationalism.

At Radix Fidem, we teach here that nationalism is closer kin to God's chosen form of government, the covenant-based tribal structure, contra other forms like the nation-state or (heaven forbid) globalism. That doesn't mean any nation enjoying high-nationalism sentiments is somehow closer to God, but nationalism can come closer to acquiring a material-world shalom.

We can at times achieve some good things, but if you look across the history of empire, you will see many evils committed in its name.  

Let’s look at this another way, what is the opposite of nationalism? Imperialism or globalism, both of these are movements towards centralized power, in the hands of fewer and fewer people. We have been conditioned to see globalism as a good thing in the wake of World War 2, partly because many who called themselves nationalists did evil things. But what is nationalism?

Nationalism is simply identifying yourself with the people of your nation. It can be identifying with the nation state, but this is better described as statism, the idea that the state is supreme and all should bow to it. The people of the nation do not exist to serve their state, the state exists to serve the people of their nation. Too many politicians forget this truth, and look out for their own interests. Nationalism in many ways is just neutral: it’s the idea that you find an affinity with or identify with your given people or nation of people (the Greek word for nation, ethnos, can also mean just mean people group).
