My mother passed away this morning. Heart attack apparently.

Eh.  Sorry to hear, Iain!   I know you and your mom had differences but nevertheless I am sure you will miss her.  Will she be buried in Scotland?  You going?  (probably doubt it what with all that is going on). 

You and your family doing okay?  We are all fine here.  I pretty much stay home for many reasons.  For the first time in over a decade, I will have my family here to spend Christmas Eve and Day.  Bryan didn't like anyone over, so at last I am able to!
