Be Prepared for Anything.

It turns out my foreboding was a foreshadowing of an attack on me. The last 24 hours have been hard. We, well a group of us from church are planning on handing out bottles of nice cool water to the participants in the Boone, NC forth of July parade. The route goes past the church and we have to arrive early, stay late in order to help. I haven't slept since Sunday. I'm not going into details, I couldn't describe it anyway but, things bin hinky. I'm tired and could use prayer. I got work to do and I'm sick of stuff being sucked into a different dimension every time I lay something down and turn my back on it.

That sounds familiar, Iain. May God grant you a vision of His peace and strength.

Thank you, that sounds wonderful and it will come in the meantime, I have one hour to get up, get ready, check the chain alignment and adjust if necessary. Plus other maintenance checks. Ah, the serene joys of owning antique transportation ownership. "It takes a village idiot" an embryonic idea for a book. The kind you read and laugh along with, while "yes! I've done that" chucklechuckle, chuckle.
I think the Lord is working up a special blessing for this week. It feels like Sadiddy already tempest fugit.
A new spelling anticipation/correction "down down deeper than downgrade" has been installed to kindle fire. It makes writing an extremely miserable experience unless it's done at glacial speeds.
