Storm Damage (For Linda)
#1
No damage to our house, but Nick's school went to remote learning-only today because of some damage from that short, crazy storm last night: Lawn of Westmoreland County school littered with debris following late night storms

The report doesn't mention it, but there was some damage to the school that already got fixed, so school will resume as normal tomorrow (sorry, Nick!).

You folks don't see that kind of stuff often, do you?

Storm damage? Not too often. The big thing in some places here is flooding damage, but not direct storm damage.

Hi.  Grateful to hear y'all were okay!  Weather has been a bit peculiar it seems in different areas.......

We're entering into solar maximum, so the sun's magnetic instabilities can drive a lot of geomagnetic/meteorological instabilities. Probably other things contributing for sure, but (I believe) the sun is the main driver of unusual weather.
