The Lord chooses to speak through me at His whim. As someone else noted, the issue of forgiveness is entirely in the hands of God alone. People who don't know Him are doing something else, but no real forgiveness takes place outside of His authority. Humans do emulate it, but the issue remains totally a matter of spiritual dominion. For anything to actually change requires that it pass before the throne of God. He takes it all personally.
