Is "wound center" a place?

Oh yeah, every hospital has one close by. Generally, it will be one practice among several so, if you haven't had surgery or have the diabetic leprosy you would have no reason to be aware of their existence.

I've had surgery before...never had to visit a wound center, that I know of.
