I pray, for the sake of our children, that she follows through with her promise "this time". Unlike everyone else who can take the positive view, I must consider all possibilities and plan accordingly. It does make things difficult for everyone when a loved one doesn't put in the effort that everyone knows would help. B never did do anything anybody suggested (especially if it came from me). I am right there with you and will pray she focuses on doing the right for her family's sake. I am pretty sure we are all guilty of this at some point or another; it is actually selfish. And, I am most certainly talking to my own self here! To write my failings in contrast would have required a long, long post and I'm already long winded enough. RE: My wife - Ed Hurst - 10-01-2019 Be strong, Brother. |
