local hike
#1
Hard to believe this was two years ago. I've hardly hiked or ridden these last couple years. This was the first year I didn't do spring hikes to observe the spring flowers progress. I have managed to get a     few bike rides in this spring/summer. maybe I'll grab my camera and bring it along.

Thanks. I've quite an appetite for scenery like that. I'd be happy to see a bit more.

I've been meaning to transfer my photos off an old external drive I have for safe keeping on multiple drives. I plan on getting on the trails hiking again this fall, riding the rail trail paths this summer so more local photos will be taken. This a dune hike with Lake Michigan in the background. Not all dunes are just sand, grasses and trees anchor them in place. This photo is the marsh on the other side of the dunes/lake. The color is a little oversaturated but I like it.

Love the clouds being reflected on the water there.

I plan on getting on the trails hiking again this fall AND riding the rail trail paths this summer so more local photos will be taken.
The first photo is a dune hike with Lake Michigan in the background.
The second photo is the marsh on the other side of the dunes/lake.

Boy, I must have been foggy when I was posting this morning. The above clarifies what I failed to say clearly.
