Virtual Communion Ressurection Sunday 2020
#1
I should have thought to post this sooner, but today I believe we should hold a virtual communion service. The elements won't matter; use what you have on hand for bread and fruit juice. We need each other more than ever now, and this is one way to celebrate what holds us together. My wife and I will do this around 10:30 AM Central Time.

This is a good idea. We are doing it with our local church at 9:30 EST (over the Internets, of course), but I can do it at 11:30 here as well.

I had some wine and a bit of cinnamon roll, just me. Wife had gone back to bed, and I don't think the kids would have understood.  Undecided

I'm not trying to get inside your head, but there's something to be said for learning how to each your own kids things like that. Since I never see you interact with them, I have no idea how plausible it would be, but it's certainly something we can pray for.

I have no response, other than that you made me reconsider a few things. Thanks.
