Flowers and Things
#1
Aside from a progress shot of the Okana Resort...

It's time for some late summer flowers.

I so love wildflowers!  It is a blessing that you are able to get out and about and be able to snap photos of them!  Glory in all its different faces!  Big Grin

The best part of summer is that Fall is right around the corner! Love the wild flowers!

Consider the lilies, how they grow. They don’t toil, neither do they spin; yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. But if this is how God clothes the grass in the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, how much more will he clothe you, O you of little faith?

The pink spiky ones are interesting. I don't know much about wildflowers, though.

I looked up Okana. Looks like it will be a fun place.

And because the limit is five pictures per post, here's some more:

This one was an experiment in pre-dawn photography. It would make a good image for blog header:

I looked up the OKC convention center. I like the grounds outside of it. The convention center here doesn't have anything like that outside of it.

I upped the max attachments to 20.

Yes, the Convention Center is a lovely place. However, the picture I took was from Rose State campus, the Student Union, or whatever they call that these days.

Just a couple more; the late season flowers are a mostly daisies.

These tiny lavender daisies are all over this region, but the bushes seldom get this large and so heavily flowered. The white fluff next to them are even tinier white daisies.

Rather standard yellow daisies, but these are huge specimens.

I wonder why I thought it was the convention center.

Those daisies definitely do look big. Yikes.
