Good daily report on the general weather funny business. I know you've been keeping an eye and noticing things. Ben mentions the recent tornados and flooding:

Yeah, I saw that and have been including it in my broader expectations.
On a related note, some of the crazy effects of magnetic disruption will be quite uneven on the earth's surface. I've been chatting some with a fellow who does professional survey out in West Texas, among other places. The magnetic compass declination there is very stable, and he thinks SO is crazy talking about drifting magnetic poles. What he fails to grasp is that TX and OK are both quite close to a long established "zero line" of declination. That means we are in a zone north to south where compasses have not been off by much for quite a long time. As the poles move, these zones are the last to be disturbed. But when the poles start to accelerate, those zero lines will shift quite suddenly. You can see an image of the lines here. Notice the bright green lines where the compass declination is zero. It runs along a line on the TX-LA border north past the Great Lakes and up through the Canadian Arctic. Where he lives, this guy hasn't seen a shift in the past two decades, but get away from those green lines and the compass declination gets pretty wild. The zero line has been shifting slowly toward him over the past few centuries. There's a year slider at the bottom of the map.

Interesting. Thanks for that map. Shouldn't he have known about the zero declination in his area, or is that really not a part of his knowledge base as a surveyor?
Wonder if the degree of declination has something to do with with induction effects from solar forcing: as in, could there be more induction where there is more or less declination? I don't know enough to figure that out, but maybe, and I don't know what more direct induction could mean, meteorologically.

Thanks for sharing that video Jay. I have followed Ben for about 10 years now and it is hard to argue with most of his analysis. The exception being God could change/modify this timeline to suit His purposes. I am trying to stay focused on what He is saying to me regarding this broad issue and making my family aware of the possibilities.
