Excellent point, Jay: attempts to make the Spirit Realm beholden to the physical. It's a lot like the broad glimpse of pre-Noahic black magic and pandering to demons, attempting to restore the powers of Eden in the fallen realm of humanity. Eden is Eden; the fallen realm is fallen. Eden or the Spirit Realm can touch this world, but we cannot touch them from here. We can either participate in what God is doing or not, but we cannot move His hands.
