Iain - The video thing is great idea. I've been wanting to see something video-wise, from our crew, off and on, for a little bit now. It's not in my wheelhouse, though. If your convictions are leading you to do it, do it regardless of outcomes. We sometimes (or often?) don't see any results with what we do except for what He chooses to show us. It can be discouraging but there's shouldn't be any guilt felt in following through.
I do like the idea of each of us having our own side-ministries, though it's not as if they "minor" compared to what we do here. But it's something we can pray about corporately, but the individual has the sole responsibility of actually implementing it.
