Quick update: we went to another church, much closer to home, last Sunday. It's the same type of non-denom church. There wasn't anything too disagreeable about it, which is as much as I can ask for. The lead pastor came up and talked to me and the wife personally. We may go there next Sunday.
I still plan on doing Bible studies with the family, just not on Sundays. |
