Part of the backstory for Pale Blue Scratch was that most of the post-resurrection Jews carried over into Christendom and were the ones to start spreading the gospel as the early church. That was the major difference between that universe and ours, and it had aftereffects as history progressed, naturally. If I ever write more in that universe I might explore what that would've looked like.
