Yeah, I read a weather analysis that says La Nina is collapsing and El Nino isn't here just yet. Thus, the weather pattern lacks a stable jet stream to keep it organized. El Nino would keep the southern tier warm and wet, while the NE would be drier. Instead, our cold temperatures in OK have been extended a long time, and weather in the NE will be unsettled, with nothing to prevent polar pressure from coming down across Eastern Canada and the North Atlantic and circling back inland to generate instability.
