I knew a fellow in one of my old small groups way back when, who was in a highly administrative government/LEO position, and he admitted explicitly that one of his gifts and passions is helping to organize people and tasks. His personality was aligned to it. He was commanding but very approachable. I think he became an elder in the church we were attending at the time, which I thought was a good move.
