Struck? Mmm... ... ... 《considerable, considerin's. I'm gonna need to ponder a spell, that opening sentence of yours.
I've been delayed by rain and tryin' to use my considerable injineern skills to get around my Immediate problem of the unpredictable nature of spring weather. Party cloudy with some sunshine in the morning with rain late afternoon was the forecast. Soggy morning fog giving way to monsoon was what I got, so I removed the gas tank and prepped it for clear. I didn't want to risk my power tools so, I didn't build a stand so I could rebuild my forks.
It's said about our spring weather "if you don't like the weather, wait five minutes"
It's tarps, rope, bungy cord, old 2" PVC pipe rain protection time. Fortunately, there's Me and two other me's working on it. So the issue is in good hands. The silly ones were sent on hiatus until I get this sorted. Then they can provide comic relief.
"Yo! Missionary Operations Specialist 1 c'mere.
   "MOS1 Reporting for duty SIR"
"I need you to read what Ed wrote and do whatever"
    "I'm on it sir"
    "Good man".
See, everything is copacetic, I hate that word it started showing up ten, fifteen years ago. I feel about it like I do "specificity" WE ALREADY HAD A WORD!!!! SPECIFICS. The media, damn them all!!!!
