I found this to be a very interesting interview, she is doing her dissertation on Job at Cambridge University.
While not stated explicitly, the whole point is to understand the poem from the vantage point of the ancient Hebrew mindset. To clarify the point of the poem by stripping away misconceptions English translations helped foster. She really came to some very good conclusions.
