Ukraine - Another View - davew9804 - 03-03-2022

As I have been praying and asking the Lord to intervene in the various geopolitical situations going on in the U.S. and around the world, I have also sought to seek others views outside of the heavily biased MSM.  Ed has provided much in this regard and appreciate his insight and wisdom.

I have also been following a libertarian guy out of Florida, Tom Luongo, who blogs and owns the Gold, Goats, and Guns website. He published a blog post yesterday https://tomluongo.me/2022/03/02/opening-salvos-tossed-putin-next-moves-ukraine I found very interesting on the current and potential future state of affairs in the Ukraine conflict.  He provides links to some of his previous blog posts that will give you some context if this is the first time you have read his work.

Pray with me that God will guide all of us who acknowledge Christ as our Savior to be prepared for whatever he places before us.

I saw this earlier today but didn't think to share it. Good of you to take care of that. Lots of good detail in that one.

Yeah, thanks for this one Dave. I've found the libertarians and anarchists can be pretty good when covering armed conflict, since they don't state actors doing basically anything. With normie analysts, they are anti-war only when the "other side" of the uniparty system is the aggressor...otherwise, the conflict is justified.

Another site for other views on Russia is http://thesaker.is . I forget when I first came across it. It was years ago. I don't read it often, but I check back anytime I need a non-MSM view on Russia.

Yeah, I'm familiar with the Saker. He's okay; he's better at some things than others. As long as you understand his biases, he won't fool you about what he doesn't know. For example, I don't share his view of what defines being Christian, but I do believe he has good sources on what's happening behind the scenes in Russia for sure, and Eastern Europe to some degree. So I don't read his site, but I do read enough to run across his writing from time to time on the sites I do read.
