Okay, so the system wants that knee a whole lot more chewed up before they take surgical action. I get that. If steroidal treatment works for me, I'll take it. The Lord will provide whatever I need to glorify Him.

Thanks. My prayer is that the steroids work better than they are supposed to. I already have some relief and that's supposed to be two more days away.

From what I've heard, too many steroid shots can take a toll and weaken the joint, but that might depend on current condition, level of activity, etc. I'd much rather just get the surgery over with than bother with injections (I remember scheduling my shoulder surgery as soon as I could). I am fine with needles, but I don't like having unresolved issues lingering about.
