Yeah! Melodrama got your attention. Here's my "sitrep", I, we are quickly approaching a domestic fiscal crisis. I need to find a way to earn money that fits my disabilities, yech I hate that word, but it's true. I ain't going on the public teat, to me that's quitting and I don't quit. I don't require much. Our Lord knows what I need and that's all I want. Please pray as led. I planted some magic beans but the promised money tree didn't grow, all I got was green beans!
Yeah, money trees are pretty rare these days. May His mercy find you.
As always, I will lift you up, dear brother, but with more specific prayers.
Thank you friends, I have until September 23 and that's the end of the line from one who vowed for better or worse, richer or poorer. Plan A: find suitable employment that satisfies spouse. Plan B: load my stuff on my bike and head west.
Iain - Of course we will pray for you. You can always count on that. Plus, I like having something to focus on when we do our corporate prayers on Wednesday; my mind tends to wander, so having something specific helps.

Not to butt in, or be too presumptuous, concerning your business here, but this sounds like it's a little out of line coming from her. Ultimatums like that don't sound like something that occurs in a covenant, unless something else has happened that requires an extreme cut off. In the interest of fairness, I don't know her side of the story either. Just wanted to make an observation.

With regards toward a covenant relationship as we define it, it ain't right. My wife does not share my faith. She is western pickled. I was told the approximately $20,000 I'd laid out in December 2017 was about gone. "You have thirty daze to find $ to contribute, or you need to leave...."  She sez she's fed up with the worry. And, I'm sick of her volcanic temper eruptions (said eruptions are never directed at the person causing her grief [eg. Work]. No she nurses her wrath to keep it warm and loses her shit at home). I'm kinda tired too.
