Something I wrote in my journal the other day. Seems like it would fit here in this subforum.

I suppose the question is an ingrained reflex, since I write for my day job and outside of that.

No doubt; I'm sure that would affect me, too. This is something on which we should be bold. Let the chips fall where they may.
